Late this afternoon my office got put on voluntary evacuation, though the fire was moving north away from us at the time.

Fire on the Air Force Academy yesterday, was small and pretty much out this morning it sounded like.
Fire near Royal Gorge this morning, was hundreds of acres by this afternoon and there was definite haze to the south.
Fire under five miles northeast of work this afternoon, started in/near neighborhoods and from the sound of the scanner they were having a hard time making any progress slowing it down.

I got a new phone on Friday, so here are a couple pictures taken while playing with it outside yesterday. I’ll probably do a review and write more about it soon, but for now I’m just seeing how the pictures came out and testing the ease of using dropbox to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer without having to plug it in.
